FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS, WORLDWIDE

All items are packaged and sent out from our wellness warehouse ASAP. Our team work quickly and efficiently to ensure your happiness. 

USA Shipping: 14-21 business days.
UK Shipping: 14-24 business days.
Australia & New Zealand shipping: 7-13 business days.
All Other Locations: 14-35 business days.

Note: Delays may occur during this holiday season due to the large volume of deliveries. This means it can take an additional 1-4 weeks in the delivery time. If you don't want to risk your orders being delayed, reply to this email within 12 hours of your purchase and let us know that you want to cancel.

Note: Customers are responsible for import taxes, if they may occur. Goods may be shipped outside of the delivery country and may be liable to pay additional local duty & taxes on delivery.

You must be aware that delays can occur due to holidays and unforeseen events.

Orders are sent out through regular shipping. If you wish to have them sent with insurance coverage or through express delivery, email us first at info@pluglust.com before purchasing. We will give you a quotation.

We use 3rd party couriers to deliver the orders. If you purchase with us you understand that there's risk of parcels getting lost. We only refund orders that have proof that they were not received.

We use 3rd party tracking systems to track orders and if the website states that your order was delivered then that is what we have to go by. Only when the state, city or zip code from your tracking number is not consistent with your inputted shipping details, we will offer a refund. No exceptions.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure that the items that we made meet your requirement. 

Please note, due to the type of items sold, there can be no returns on any items, unless they meet the following requirements. 

If your received order is completely incorrect, or damaged, please contact us immediately, with a description and images of the damaged product. We will figure out the best solution for you from there.


Cancellations 

To cancel or change your order please contact us immediately after placing your order. Our warehouse pack orders very quickly so the quicker you contact us, the better. If your order has already been processed we will be unable to retrieve it.

If your order has not been processed, we will cancel your order and refund you using the same method you used to pay for your order.

We will refund your payment within 30 days of cancellation.
